We promise to deliver to you a new logo and any design work that you have done with us that will satisfy your business needs and excite both you and your customers.
In the unlikely event that you do not wish to continue with our service we can offer refunds as follows:
Logo Design: If at any time during Stage One, that is, up to the time that you ask us to develop a chosen design, you wish to terminate our services, please let us know by E-mail and we will refund your payment in full.
After commencement of Stage Two we offer no refunds. (See how it works for stages of design)
All artwork and images shown on our web site or sent to clients, remains the intellectual property of Quick Logo until such time as Quick Logo has sent official notification of transfer of rights.
Any infringement of Quick Logo 's copyright will be actively pursued through legal channels.

Our Privacy Policy
1. Quick Logo conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998 in relation to the storage and use of information. Customer information received by Quick Logo will be used only for the purposes described in our website. In particular, we do not pass on customer data to third parties.
2. We will not keep data for any longer than is necessary and ensure that as and when data is no longer needed it is deleted from our records.
Copyright and intellectual property rights
1. All logo designs and images provided on this web site are the copyright of Quick Logo and its clients and may not be reproduced in any form without the express permission of Quick Logo and its clients.
2. All rights reserved.
3. All rough designs, concepts and other images produced by Quick Logo during the design process remain the ownership of Quick Logo and may not be used in any way without permission.
4. Design concepts may be purchased from Quick Logo by negotiation. If not purchased Quick Logo reserve the right to offer those designs to other clients.
5. On completion of the contract, 'final handover' the copyright and ownership of the logo is handed over to the client. Quick Logo reserves the right to reproduce all logos designed by us in our promotional activities.
6. Clients will be responsible for trademark/copyright of their logo. The client will not hold Quick Logo responsible for any copyright infringement that occurs after design of the logo in the case the company name is in use. It is the client's responsibility to research its company name to ensure that the name is not already in use or protected by copyright or trademark laws. Refunds will not be made in the case of possible copyright infringement.
7. Alterations, amendments or changes to the design, after final acceptance can be made for an additional fee of £50.00 per hour, minimum 1 hour.
8. The final designs will be delivered to the client in the manner described in the section on our various packages. Additional files can be posted on CD or e-mailed if required. Please contact us by email for price details.
9. Once the client has given final approval on a design, all liabilities for errors, changes, or alterations become the responsibility of the client. Quick Logo will not be liable for any reprint costs or damages of any kind resulting from any errors. Charges for alterations or changes made after client approval will be made at the discretion of Quick Logo and the client shall be liable for any charges imposed. It is the client's responsibility to check all spelling.
10. Online payment by credit / debit card is preferred. For payment by phone please contact our accounts department 01239 851000.
11. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering. Quick Logo reserves the right to retain the full fee once the job has begun and design concepts have been emailed to the client. Our guarantee offers a scale of refunds as defined in the 'Guarantee' section on this site.
12. Quick Logo accepts orders from any country in the world. All payments will be made in UK Pounds Sterling. All card details are completely secure.
13. Normal delivery times; We will always endeavor to offer the service advertised on this site and hope to better the service offered, but it will be clear the final delivery time for each stage of the design job will depend on the client's speedy responses to our designs.
14. Quick Logo is an ONLINE DESIGN SERVICE all communication regarding the design process will be via the convenience of Email. We do not wish to waste your valuable time in meetings or endless phone calls; our service is fast and inexpensive because we have cut out any time wasting processes.
Design work handled other than via this Internet site will be charged at £50.00 per hour.
