How to order
1. Start shopping by selecting as many items as you want from our design catergories by clicking the add to basket button OR by selecting one of our Quick Deals by clicking the buy now button. Your package can be viewed at any time in the right hand side column. Items can be removed by viewing your basket, selecting the items you wish to remove, and clicking the 'Update' button.You can continue shopping or simply Checkout.
2. Once you have finished shopping, Click the checkout button. At the Checkout you can check the contents and total cost of your shopping basket and remove items if you need to.
3. If you’re happy with your shopping basket, then you can proceed to payment. You will need to fill in your contact details and some basic information for us. All information you provide us with is treated in the strictest of confidence and will only be used in relation to your design work.
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive confirmation of your order, a tax invoice and briefing form which you will need to return to us as soon as possible.
Once payment has been cleared and we have received your completed briefing form, we will respond within 48 hours with your initial design concepts.See How it works

4. Briefing Form. On receipt of your payment we will send you a briefing form which you should fill in and return to us as soon as you can.
Please fill in the briefing form carefully and answer all our questions. That way we’ll be sure that we know what your looking for!
Please feel free to send us any text or images, your existing logo, ideas of colour, style or anything you feel will aid our design work. You can email or fax these to us.
We want you to be happy with your finished design, so the more information you can provide us with, the easier it will be to achieve this!
